How to Write a Novel About the Stock Market and Not Bore Everyone to Tears

Answer...I don't really know, but here are some concepts I tried to sell my readers:

a) The cold, hard numbers of the stock market are not nearly as important to understand as the human emotions of greed and fear.
b) The stock market is like any other market: it is merely people with money.
c) In any market, people are the drivers and money is the fuel.
d) If most everyone does one thing and is damned excited about it, do not do that one thing. In fact, do the opposite.
e) Greed and fear are related human emotions, and they both lead to irrational behavior.
f) Banks provide a solid promise with US government guaranteed certificates of deposit, while stocks lend only hope. So, it's hope versus a promise.
g) At times, it is appropriate and potentially profitable to invest with hope, such as when there is little hope.
h) When a lot of people invest with hope, they are subject to falling for hype.
